Introduction

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the Retrotogel website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at retrotogel.cam.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held within a Player's account, including real-money balances and any applicable bonus balances.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by Retrotogel under specific promotional terms, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet in qualifying games before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on Retrotogel, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration or use of the Platform by individuals under 21 is strictly forbidden.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register as Players.
3. You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where use of this Platform would contravene applicable local law.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of Retrotogel or any of its affiliated entities, payment partners, or game suppliers.

Account Registration

Upon registration, each Player must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including username and password. Retrotogel will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to adequately protect their credentials.
• Players must notify Retrotogel immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of their account.
• Each Player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Players must update their registered information promptly in the event of any change, including changes to contact details or payment method ownership.

Retrotogel reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any stage of a Player's engagement with the Platform. Players are required to submit valid identification documents — including but not limited to a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence — upon request. Accounts where KYC verification is pending or incomplete may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

Terms of Use

Players agree to use the Retrotogel Platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or collusion.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that provides an artificial advantage or disrupts fair gameplay.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or bonus abuse that exploits Platform promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's underlying source code, algorithms, or data structures.
• Harassing, abusing, or making threats against other Players or Retrotogel staff through any communication channel provided on the Platform.

Retrotogel reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms and, where violations are confirmed, to suspend or terminate the implicated account, withhold any outstanding balance, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Retrotogel supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. Accepted channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Deposit terms:

• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — generally from RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 100 for bank transfers.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Retrotogel does not charge fees on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered under the same name as the Retrotogel account holder.
• Before processing a withdrawal, Retrotogel may require the completion of KYC verification. Accounts with pending KYC will have withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Indicative processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX 5–15 minutes; direct bank transfers 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Any bonus funds remaining in a Player's account at the time of a withdrawal request that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited as part of the withdrawal process.
• Retrotogel reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests. Where a withdrawal is flagged for review, processing may take up to 5 business days pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

Retrotogel offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses (scaling from MYR 188 for Bronze members to MYR 2,688 for VIP members), and the Refer-a-Friend programme (MYR 38 per qualifying referral). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Failing to complete the wagering requirement within the bonus validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in a Player's account, a maximum individual bet cap applies (typically MYR 250–500 per bet). Exceeding this cap may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Video slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses carry a validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Expired bonuses are forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Retrotogel strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Retrotogel reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and close accounts where abuse is identified.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Retrotogel Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game interface.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and accepted by the Platform system. Any bet that encounters a technical error during placement will be considered void until confirmation is issued.
• In the event of a disputed outcome in sports betting markets, Retrotogel's trading team will review the relevant event and their decision will be final. Retrotogel reserves the right to void bets where incorrect odds were displayed due to manifest error.
• Live in-play betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, Champions League, and other supported competitions — may be suspended without notice during critical match events. Any in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event is known will be voided.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per selection, and per combination. Maximum payout limits are stated within the respective game or betting market interface and represent the upper ceiling of any single withdrawal resulting from a wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's account balance. Retrotogel's decision regarding the affected round is final.
• Mix Parlay (combination) bets are accepted on supported football and sports markets. All legs of a parlay must win for the bet to be paid out. Void selections within a parlay will result in the relevant leg being settled at odds of 1.00 (even money).

Responsible Gambling

Retrotogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion options.

Players may activate or modify responsible gambling tools at any time from their account settings. Deposit and loss limit reductions take immediate effect. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, all access to the Platform is suspended and cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Retrotogel Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphic designs, text, images, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Retrotogel or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Retrotogel's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Retrotogel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other loss resulting from reliance on Platform content.

Retrotogel does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining adequate protection for their own devices and data.

Retrotogel shall not be liable for losses resulting from Force Majeure events beyond its reasonable control, including server outages, internet connectivity failures, cyberattacks, regulatory actions, or any other event materially affecting the Platform's operational capacity.

Account Termination

Retrotogel reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published by Retrotogel.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engagement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities.
• Use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with applicable law or from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by Retrotogel.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Retrotogel's support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

Amendments to These Terms

Retrotogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Retrotogel will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an on-Platform notification with reasonable prior notice where practicable.

Continued use of the Retrotogel Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under which Retrotogel operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Retrotogel's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under the applicable regulatory framework.

Retrotogel undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, Retrotogel will provide the Player with information regarding available external dispute resolution channels.
